Looking for a career or business coach who specializes in working with outdoorswomen, sportsmen, hunting or fishing enthusiasts? My name is Laura Lollar (formerly Laura Benjamin) and I have over 20 years experience coaching clients to help them achieve their career and business goals.
While I’m based in Black Forest near Colorado Springs, I work with clients by phone, Skype as well as in person. I’ve been on all sides of the table: an independent business owner since 1997, a human resources and outplacement professional, career marketing consultant, hiring manager, career/business workshop facilitator, speaker and trainer.

“I’ve been gifted with Laura Lollar’s friendship for over 2 decades now. In addition to being a wonderful friend, she’s an amazing, creative and successful business woman – and she’s been able to grow her business by virtue of one of her greatest talents – developing relationships. I recently consulted her for advice on designing my business website. Laura gave me a “crash course” and demystified the subject for me. I knew literally nothing before I met with Laura; however, after just two hours I was ready to go! Her understanding of the process runs deep, and as a result she can break down the process into bite-sized and understandable pieces. Explaining these concepts in layman’s terms really made the difference for me – and her “building a house” analogy makes so much sense! Laura’s coaching was so effective that I was able to immediately take over the reigns. I would recommend Laura, without reservation. She’s amazing!” —Liz Killen-Scott, Owner, BeingHR Human Resources Consulting
